- Should have a strong understanding of accounting processes related to CHA / Customs Clearance / Freight Forwarding.
- Understand job-wise accounting and profitability.
- Review job files to ensure that all revenue and expenses are properly accounted for.
- Verify customs duty, statutory payments, port charges, transportation charges, CFS charges, documentation charges and other shipment-related expenses.
- Ensure that all operational expenses are correctly allocated to the relevant job.
- Coordinate with Operations and Documentation teams for timely job closure and financial locking.
- Identify unbilled revenue, unaccounted expenses and revenue leakage.
- Review job profitability and prepare customer/job-wise profitability reports.
- Ensure that no job remains financially open without proper justification

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in Customs Clearance / CHA / Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of job-wise accounting and profitability.




- Good knowledge of billing, receivables, payables and reconciliations.
- Experience in handling audits and tax consultants.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting or Finance; CA / CMA preferred
- At least 5 to 7 years’ experience.
- Strong experience in financial accounting and balance sheet finalisation
- Sound knowledge of direct and indirect taxation Experience in finalisation of accounts and statutory compliance
- Good knowledge of ERP systems like (Logisys preferred) and MS Excel Strong analytical, leadership and problemsolving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Proven experience in financial accounting and balance sheet finalisation
- Hands-on Logi-Sys experience is mandatory.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
