IFS Academy is looking for a proactive Training & Placement Executive with excellent communication skills and relevant experience in student or skilled placements. The key responsibility will be to identify and build strong connections with companies to secure internship opportunities for fresh graduates and undergraduates, along with facilitating their industry placements. The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities, a target-driven mindset, and a flair for achieving results. Attractive incentives will be offered based on successful internship tie-ups and placement achievements.
