Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining follow-ups.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with shortlisted candidates until joining.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.




- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Handle candidate communication professionally throughout the hiring process.
- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR hiring.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office/Excel and recruitment portals.
- Candidates with experience in bulk hiring or end-to-end recruitment will be preferred.

Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
