Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, a proven ability to achieve sales targets, and excellent relationship management skills. The role involves generating leads, converting prospects into customers, conducting property presentations and site visits, and ensuring a seamless buying experience from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify sales leads through digital platforms, referrals, channel partners, walk-ins, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations, project demonstrations, and site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, legal documentation, and financing options.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close property sales.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and customer support teams for smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives whenever required.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends,



competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

Required Skills

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.
- Sound understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
- Knowledge of property registration, documentation, and home loan procedures.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in selling residential apartments, villas, plots, or commercial properties.
- Existing network of clients, brokers, or channel partners will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
