Position Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Female Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding market reach across sectors like Banking & Financial Services, Real Estate, Consulting, and Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective business (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients to present relevant products and services.
- Identify new growth opportunities across SMBs, channel partners, and enterprise accounts.
- Build, maintain, and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
- Coordinate with distributors and external sales channels to expand market presence.




- Keep detailed records of leads, client interactions, and daily sales activities.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass completed; Diploma or Graduate degree is welcomed.
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced sales professionals are eligible to apply.
- Preferred Industry Background: Prior exposure in Banking/Insurance, Real Estate & Facility Management, Skilled Services, or Hospitality & Travel is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Basic English communication skills along with clear regional language speaking ability.
- Core Skills: Knowledge of B2B/B2C sales, channel sales, enterprise or SMB sales, and negotiation skills
