JOB DESCRIPTION:

ISTTM Business School is looking for a professional, experienced, and passionate English Faculty to teach undergraduate BBA students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging and effective classroom sessions.

The faculty member will be responsible for teaching English to degree-level students, helping them develop their language proficiency, communication skills, and confidence for academic and professional success.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for BBA undergraduate students.
2. Teach General English, grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and communication skills.
3. Develop students' spoken English, presentation skills, and professional communication.
4. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and classroom activities.
5. Conduct assessments, examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
6. Maintain a positive, disciplined, and interactive classroom environment.
7. Support students in improving their English language proficiency and overall confidence.
8. Participate in academic activities, faculty meetings, workshops, and college events.
9. Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
10. Maintain attendance,



student performance records, and other academic documentation.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1. Master's degree in English, English Literature, or a relevant discipline.
2. B.Ed. or NET/SET qualification will be an added advantage, as applicable.
3. Relevant teaching experience with undergraduate or degree students, preferably BBA.
4. Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
6. Skilled attitude, good classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students through interactive teaching methods.
8. Passion for teaching and mentoring undergraduate students.
