Position: HR Recruiter & Counselling Executive

Experience: 0–2 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (In-hand) + Incentives

Location: Noida

Job Responsibilities:

- Candidate sourcing & screening
- Calling candidates and explaining job opportunities
- Interview coordination & follow-ups
- Candidate counselling
- Joining coordination

Requirements:

- Positive communication skills
- Recruitment knowledge preferred
- Freshers can also apply
- Maximum 2 years of experience
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
