Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and drive sales.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle upselling, cross-selling and add-on sales.
- Maintain product displays, stock availability and store hygiene.
- Provide excellent customer service and support daily store operations.
Requirements:
- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of retail/sales experience; freshers can apply.
- Basic English and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working on weekends and festival days.
Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
