Role Overview

- This is a unique MR role following our "Distribution First, Sales Next" business model.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and appoint a Strategic Distribution Partner (SDP) for the territory.
- Develop and strengthen the distributor network.
- After distribution is established, generate prescriptions and drive sales through doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Build solid customer relationships and expand market coverage.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Submit daily activity reports and market feedback.

Requirements

- Graduate (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
- 1–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Jamshedpur market is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
