Job Description: Dispatch Executive

Location: Kondhapuri, Ranjangaon, Pune

Experience: 1–4 Years (Manufacturing, FMCG, or Dairy preferred)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Dispatch Executive to oversee daily loading, vehicle movement, and dispatch documentation at our Ranjangaon plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispatch Operations: Manage daily vehicle loading, primary/secondary dispatches, and material dispatch accuracy.
- Documentation: Generate delivery challans, tax invoices, gate passes, and e-way bills in ERP/SAP.
- Vendor & Driver Coordination: Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time departures.
- Inventory Verification: Reconcile physical stock against system entries before loading to prevent shortages or dispatch errors.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in dispatch, plant logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/SAP, and dispatch documentation.
- Solid coordination skills and ability to work in plant shift operations.
