We are looking for Property Sales Executives / Real Estate Sales Executives to join our sales team.

This is an office-based sales opportunity, primarily involving customer calling, lead follow-up, property presentation, customer relationship management and achieving sales targets assigned by the management.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are confident in communication, comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and interested in building a career in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make regular calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Contact leads provided by the company and understand customer requirements.
- Explain company projects, property details, location, pricing and available options to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups and sales activities.
- Schedule customer meetings and site visits whenever required.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Convert enquiries and leads into property bookings.
- Achieve the sales targets assigned by the management/authorized authority.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer meetings, site visits and bookings.
- Provide regular updates regarding leads,



follow-ups and sales progress to the reporting authority.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow company policies, pricing guidelines and sales procedures.
- Perform other sales-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
- Candidate ProfileGood communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making customer calls on a daily basis.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates with real estate/property sales experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with robust communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Target & Performance

This is a target-oriented sales position.

The selected candidate will be given sales and calling targets by the authorized reporting authority/management. Performance will be evaluated based on factors such as:
