- Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Candidates only from Tamil Nadu
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
- Monitor labor productivity and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Check material quality and maintain stock records.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed on site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and vendors.
- Assist in site measurements, quality checks, and inspections.
- Required QualificationsDiploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–4 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.




- Freshers with positive technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction drawings is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai if required.
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ability to manage labor and monitor site progress.
- Understanding of construction quality standards and safety practices.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
