Key Responsibilities

- Generate sales through outbound and inbound calls.
- Handle end-to-end sales for high-value products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and nurture them through the sales cycle.
- Negotiate pricing, overcome objections, and close deals confidently.
- Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales updates.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Willingness to work in night shift, strictly from our Manipal center.
- 0–5 years of experience in telesales or inside sales.
- Solid consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
