Role Overview

We are looking for an Advocate with 0–5 years of post-qualification experience and over a decade of prior corporate exposure. The role involves advising on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, drafting documents, and supporting litigation and advisory assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal research, opinions and practical solutions on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.

Draft, vet and review agreements, contracts, notices, legal opinions and other documents.

Represent clients before courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities.

Stay updated with legal developments and advise clients proactively.

Requirements

Qualification: LL.B.



and enrolled as an Advocate.

Experience: 0–5 years of legal practice with a minimum of 1 year of corporate experience.

Age bracket: 22–55 years.

Skills: Robust legal drafting and research, excellent analytical ability, good communication and client-handling skills and fluency in Marathi.

Domain exposure: Corporate law, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, financial services or related sectors.
