### **Job Summary:**

We are looking for a **highly motivated and target-driven Telecaller cum Counsellor** to join our sales and admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram), counselling them on our Forex trading courses, and driving course enrollments through a structured and performance-oriented approach.

This is a **target-based role** best suited for individuals who are persuasive, energetic, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Proactively call and follow up with potential leads generated through digital marketing campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).

* Pitch and promote our Forex training programs with confidence and clarity.

* Counsel leads by explaining course features, benefits, structure, outcomes, and long-term value in Forex trading.

* Address objections and concerns professionally to close the sale.

* Conduct scheduled telephonic or video counselling sessions to convert leads into paid enrollments.





* Maintain accurate lead data using CRM tools or Excel and provide timely follow-ups.

* Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly **call and enrollment targets**.

* Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* Minimum 1 year of experience in **telecalling, counselling, or sales**, preferably in EdTech, Finance, or Forex.

* Fluent and persuasive communicator in **Gujarati and Hindi**.

* Strong sales mindset with the ability to **meet and exceed targets**.

* Energetic, confident, and resilient personality with a positive attitude.

* Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn about Forex trading (product training provided).

* Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools, and basic computer operations.
