**Job Description

**Telesales & CRM Executive – Gym Membership Sales**

We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Telesales & CRM Executive to handle customer and lead follow-ups for our gym branches.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Call new leads and explain gym membership plans, offers and services.

* Regularly follow up with interested leads and convert them into memberships.

* Follow up with existing members for membership renewals.

* Maintain all customer details, call records and follow-up dates in the CRM/software.

* Check pending follow-ups in the software and contact customers as scheduled.

* Handle membership enquiries and provide proper information to customers.

* Collect membership payments and coordinate payment confirmation.

* Generate and issue payment receipts to customers.

* Maintain accurate daily sales, payment and follow-up records.





* Coordinate with the gym manager and team for customer requirements.

* Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.

* Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

**Requirements:**

* Positive communication and convincing skills.

* Comfortable with calling and regular customer follow-ups.

* Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/software.

* Basic knowledge of billing/payment receipts.

* Sales or telecalling experience preferred.

* Candidates from any industry can apply.

* Gym/fitness industry experience will be an added advantage.

**Salary + Incentives:** Fixed salary with performance-based incentives based on sales/collection targets.

**Important:** This is primarily a **calling, follow-up, CRM, membership sales and payment/receipt handling role**.
