Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and effective MIS Executive to manage daily reporting, data management, and analysis. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate MIS reports, maintaining databases, tracking performance, and providing timely insights to the management team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, organize, verify, and analyze data from different departments.
- Maintain and update Excel sheets, databases, and records.
- Track sales, leads, employee performance, and other business KPIs.
- Generate daily EOD, productivity, attendance, and performance reports.
- Prepare dashboards and management reports as required.
- Ensure data accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect required data.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.
- Provide regular reports and data analysis to management.




- Support the HR/Sales/Operations team with data-related requirements.
- Handle ad-hoc reports and data analysis as assigned by management.
- Required SkillsExcellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good understanding of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, and basic data analysis.
- Knowledge of Excel dashboards and reporting will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reports simultaneously.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a background in MIS, Business Administration, Commerce, or Computer Applications will be preferred.
- Preferred Candidate1–3 years of experience in MIS/Reporting/Data Management.
- Experience in Real Estate, Sales, HR, or Operations MIS will be an added advantage.
- Should be proficient in Excel and comfortable working with daily reporting requirements.
