We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator who can turn ideas, trends, business insights and marketing concepts into content that gets attention, engagement and leads.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

- Develop Reels, carousels, static posts, stories and short-form videos.

- Create educational, entertaining, promotional and authority-building content.

- Develop strong hooks for short-form content.

Content Strategy

- Create weekly and monthly content calendars.

- Develop content ideas based on audience, trends and business goals.

- Create content focused on reach, engagement, authority and lead generation.

- Repurpose content across multiple platforms.

Trend & Competitor Research

- Monitor Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube trends.

- Research viral formats, hooks, topics and content patterns.

- Analyze competitors and industry leaders.

- Identify new content opportunities.

Scriptwriting

- Write scripts for Reels, ads and educational videos.

- Create strong hooks, storytelling and CTAs.

- Write captions, headlines and social media copy.

Team Coordination

- Coordinate with video editors and graphic designers.

- Prepare creative briefs.

- Review content before publishing.

- Maintain brand consistency.

Social Media Management

- Schedule and publish content.

- Maintain content calendars.





- Monitor basic engagement and audience feedback.

- Track content performance and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn

- Strong copywriting and communication skills

- Understanding of hooks, storytelling and CTAs

- Trend and competitor research

- Basic understanding of social media algorithms

- Creative thinking and idea generation

- Basic Canva/CapCut knowledge is a plus

- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT/Gemini is a plus

Qualification

A degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Design or a related field is preferred.

Freshers with a strong portfolio and good practical skills can also apply.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates should share:

- Previous social media work

- Reels/videos

- Posts/carousels

- Scripts/copy

- Social media accounts or brands handled, if applicable

Hiring Assignment

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to create:

1. 3 Reel ideas

2. 1 Reel script

3. 1 LinkedIn post

4. 1 Instagram carousel concept

5. 1-week content plan

Candidates will be evaluated on creativity, hooks, research, originality and understanding of the audience.
