Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain advanced grinding machinery, ensuring adherence to

safety protocols and operational standards

• Develop and implement grinding procedures to optimize production workflows

and reduce waste

• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and

resolve production issues

• Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with

specifications and quality standards.

• Participate in the development and refinement of grinding techniques and

technologies, contributing to innovation within the team.

• Handle component straightening process according to job orders and

engineering drawings.

• Ensure all completed components meet straightness & alignment

specifications.





Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• 8 - 10 years of experience in CNC metal grinding operations, with a strong track

record of precision and quality.

• Proficiency in operating various grinding machines, including surface grinders,

cylindrical grinders, and tool grinders.

• Solid understanding of grinding wheel setup and maintenance.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Preferred:

• Experience with CNC grinding machines and programming

• Certification in machining or related fields
