About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Trainer who will be responsible for conducting training programs for sales teams working on different projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales capabilities, improving product knowledge, communication skills, and ensuring that trainees are well-prepared to achieve project targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct project-based sales training for new and existing sales employees.
- Deliver product, process, sales pitch, and customer-handling training.
- Explain project details, USPs, pricing, process flow, and sales strategies to the team.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, assessments, and practical sales sessions.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Identify training gaps and implement suitable improvement plans.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Management teams to understand project requirements.




- Track training attendance, assessments, performance, and training outcomes.
- Conduct refresher training whenever required.
- Ensure new joiners are adequately trained before moving to the sales floor.
- Support the sales team in improving conversion, communication, and customer engagement skills.
- RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar training role.
- Experience in project-based sales training will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging classroom and practical training sessions.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and team-handling skills.
- Should be target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
