We are looking for motivated and responsible candidates for the position of Debt Recovery Agent / Collection Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

- Contact customers regarding pending/overdue payments through phone calls and other authorized communication channels.
- Inform customers about their outstanding balance, payment due dates, and available payment options.
- Understand customers’ payment-related concerns and assist them with suitable repayment options as per company policies.
- Follow up with customers on promised payment dates and maintain regular communication until the account is resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, payment commitments, and follow-ups in the company system.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and payment-related disputes professionally.
- Escalate disputed or complicated cases to the concerned senior/team leader.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly collection reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- For field-recovery roles,



visit customers at approved locations when required and follow the company's field-collection procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and account information.
- Follow all company guidelines and applicable rules while communicating with customers.
- Maintain professional, polite, and respectful behavior during all customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply; experience in collections, recovery, banking, finance, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customer conversations calmly.
- Target-oriented and willing to work with regular follow-ups.
- Good convincing, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates comfortable with field work may be preferred for field-recovery positions.
