Customer Support Executive – MyPustakCompany: MyPustak (EducateX Labs Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Kolkata / Rajarhat
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 CTC per month
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assist customers with orders, delivery, returns, and refunds.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and on time.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams.
- Update customer details and order status in the system.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi, Bengali, and English preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer service or e-commerce experience is an advantage.
- Freshers can apply.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple queries.
