Description:

We are looking for an Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution of client transactions and operational activities at Stocktick Capital.

The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, disciplined, organized and accountable, with the ability to coordinate across teams and external partners while ensuring timely and accurate execution.

You will work directly with experienced professionals and gain practical industry exposure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Process and coordinate client transactions across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF and other investment products.
- Handle client onboarding, documentation, KYC and related operational requirements.
- Coordinate with AMCs, product providers and other external partners for transaction processing and resolution of pending cases.
- Prepare and maintain client reports, transaction records, quotations and operational documentation.
- Track pending transactions and follow up proactively until closure.
- Support the Finance/Relationship Management team with operational requirements for client servicing.
- Maintain accurate internal records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Identify discrepancies, missing documents or operational issues and escalate them promptly.




- Ensure adherence to internal processes, timelines and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to improving operational processes and reducing errors, delays and repetitive work.

Eligibility / Who Should Apply:

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

- 0–2 years of experience in operations; experience in wealth management, mutual funds, financial services or BFSI would be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong aptitude and willingness to learn can also apply.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
- Strong sense of ownership, discipline and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
