Responsible for overseeing day-to-day cinema operations, including staff supervision, shift management, key handling, cash management, roaster planning, banking, inventory, and cost control. Ensures high standards of product and service quality, customer satisfaction, merchandising, cleanliness, hygiene, and operational compliance. Conducts daily team briefings, sets shift targets, and drives upselling and suggestive selling initiatives. Oversees cinema services from Box Office to Concessions, handles customer queries and complaints within defined TAT, and ensures effective situation handling. Supports employee orientation, training, coaching, performance management, and disciplinary processes under the guidance of the Cinema Manager. Ensures print checks, display and commercial compliance, stock availability, shortage control, and weekly inventory processes.
