Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller to handle customer calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and benefits clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or connect qualified leads with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
- Handle customer queries professionally.




- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Telugu and English communication; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Preferred CandidateCandidates with Tele Calling, Customer Support, Lead Generation, or Sales experience will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
