Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate ledgers, prepare financial statements, and support tax filing and compliance processes.

- Key Responsibilities & TasksDaily Accounting & Ledger Management: Record daily business transactions accurately, maintain company ledgers, and update financial records on a regular basis.
- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Taxation & Compliance: Assist in filing tax returns, preparing tax forms, and compiling data for GST, TDS,



and other regulatory requirements.
- Financial Statements: Support the preparation of income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheet schedules.
- Audit Support: Help organize documentation, vouchers, and financial records for internal and statutory audits.
- Key Requirements & SkillsCore Skills: Proficiency in Filing Tax Returns, Maintaining Company Ledgers, Preparing Income Statements, Reconciliations, and Balance Sheets.
- Software Proficiency: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and positive communication skills.
