NursingJob SummaryWe are looking for qualified and compassionate ANM, GNM, or B.Sc Nursing professionals to provide quality patient care and support doctors and other healthcare staff. The candidate should have good clinical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to handle patients responsibly.
- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care and assistance to patients as per medical instructions.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health condition.
- Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medical documentation.
- Perform wound dressing and other routine nursing procedures.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' health conditions.
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and infection-control practices.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding medication, diet, and basic healthcare.
- Handle emergency situations promptly and responsibly.
- Ensure proper maintenance and availability of medical equipment and supplies.
- Follow hospital/clinic protocols and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Eligibility & QualificationsANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the respective State Nursing Council.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-friendly attitude and willingness to work in shifts.
