Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the complete merchandising process from order booking to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with buyers/clients regarding orders, requirements, approvals, and production updates.
- Manage sampling, costing, T&A;, order planning, and production follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Design teams for timely order execution.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, samples, and approvals to ensure timely production.
- Maintain accurate order-related data, reports, and updates in FMS/Google Sheets.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery as per committed timelines.
- Handle buyer queries, resolve order-related issues, and maintain strong client coordination.




- Ensure all merchandising activities are properly documented and updated.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in garment/knitwear manufacturing.
- Robust knowledge of sampling, costing, T&A;, production coordination, and order execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and basic computer operations.
- Ability to independently handle multiple orders and meet deadlines.
- Experience in handling buyers/retail chains/wholesale clients will be preferred.
