JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our Voice & Sales Process. The role involves handling customer calls, understanding their requirements, resolving queries, and promoting suitable products/services.

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Explain products/services clearly and assist customers with their queries.
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain good customer satisfaction through effective communication.




- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
- ELIGIBILITYMinimum 12th Pass qualification.
- Age between 18–30 years.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Basic customer handling and computer skills.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in customer service/sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
