We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant during the assigned shift.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the restaurant team during the shift and ensure smooth operations.
Make sure customers receive good service and have a positive dining experience.
Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues when required.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
Ensure staff follow company procedures and service standards.
Manage shift opening and closing activities.
Monitor sales, cash handling and basic shift reports.
Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and service targets.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in restaurant operations.
Experience as a Restaurant Supervisor / Shift Supervisor / F&B; Supervisor / Restaurant Captain / Team Leader .
Positive communication and team-handling skills.
