Job Summary
Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager with strong market understanding and strategic thinking. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and driving growth through location analysis, field activities, and customer engagement. The candidate will be required to travel extensively across different cities and states to capture new markets and support business expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate new business locations and properties for expansion
Scout potential locations, assess footfall, visibility, and commercial viability, and finalize suitable properties aligned with business growth plans.
Conduct market research to understand demand, competition, and growth opportunities
Analyze customer behavior, competitor presence, and local market trends to identify high-potential areas for expansion.
Travel across different cities and states for market expansion and business development activities
Visit multiple locations to explore opportunities, build networks, and execute on-ground expansion strategies.
Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness
Organize local promotional activities such as events, kiosks, and activations to increase visibility and customer engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support local and regional campaigns
Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with regional business goals and ensure effective campaign execution.
Monitor and manage field staff performance and ensure operational efficiency
Supervise field teams, track daily activities,



and ensure targets and quality standards are consistently met.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and local stakeholders
Develop strong connections to secure better deals, gain local insights, and facilitate smooth business operations.
Identify and collect data on High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) for business opportunities
Gather and maintain a database of potential premium customers to support targeted sales and relationship-building efforts.
Lead negotiations related to property acquisition, partnerships, and business deals
Handle discussions to secure favorable terms and close agreements that benefit long-term business growth.
Track and report market trends, competitor activities, and business performance
Regularly monitor key metrics and provide insights to management for informed decision-making and strategy improvements.

Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred).

Experience
Minimum 5+ years in Business Development / Retail Expansion / Field Sales.
Experience in Retail / Jewellery industry is an added advantage.
