About Triphos
Triphos Power is a full-stack battery-as-a-service company focused on commercial and industrial (C&I;) customers. We finance, own, deploy, operate, and maintain battery storage systems, backed by our own in-house Energy Management System (EMS) — putting us at the intersection of system integration, battery portfolio management, and technology. Our target is 100 MWh across 30–40 C&I; sites in Year 1, scaling to a gigawatt-hour-plus portfolio within three years. About the Role
Every Triphos proposal starts with a number: how much battery a site actually needs, and what it saves the customer. The Sizing Analyst owns that number. You'll work directly with C&I; clients to pull the load, tariff, and consumption data we need, clean it into something usable, and run the sizing and feasibility analysis behind every deal. Your output is the package the customer decides on — a full sizing report, a savings analysis, and a financial model with a clear ROI case. As we push toward 100 MWh across 30–40 sites in Year 1, this analysis is what separates a deal that closes and performs from one that doesn't.

Key Responsibilities
Own the client data pipeline end to end — work through the data questionnaire with C&I; clients, understand exactly what's needed from each site, and follow up until it lands
Clean, structure, and validate large, messy client datasets into analysis-ready inputs




Run sizing and optimization analysis to determine the right battery configuration for each site
Determine which use case fits each client best — peak shaving, time-of-day arbitrage, renewable integration — based on what the data actually shows
Research and interpret state tariff orders, electricity bills, penalty structures, and open access regulations to ground every analysis in real numbers
Build savings analyses that quantify what the customer actually stands to gain
Produce the full BESS feasibility analysis report for each site
Communicate directly with clients throughout — chasing data, clarifying assumptions, and keeping the process moving
Contribute to automating and streamlining the analysis process as we scale

Key Requirements / Skills
0–3 years of experience
BSc or higher in Operations Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related quantitative field
Strong expertise in Excel, Python, SQL, or similar analytical tools
Robust with numbers, with a solid grounding in optimization, statistics, and sharp problem-solving instincts
Basic electrical knowledge, or willingness to pick it up quickly
