CADOPILAR Software Private Limited is expanding its sales team and looking for an energetic, ambitious and target-oriented Business Development Executive who enjoys interacting with customers, building relationships and driving business growth.
If you have experience in B2B Sales, Software Sales or Business Development and want to build your career in the Technology & Engineering Software industry , we would love to hear from you!
WHAT YOU’LL DO Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling and other sales channels
Connect with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Manufacturers and professional organisations
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CAD solutions
Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations
Manage leads, follow-ups and sales opportunities through CRM
Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners
Achieve individual and team sales objectives
WHOM WE’RE LOOKING FOR ✅ 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Software Sales or Business Development preferred
✅ Graduate in any discipline
✅ BMS/BBA (Marketing) candidates preferred
✅ B.E./B.Tech candidates interested in sales may also apply
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✅ Valuable English communication skills
✅ Positive, energetic and target-oriented approach
✅ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
✅ Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel
️ LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT Candidates who can speak any of the following languages along with proficient English are preferred:
Marathi | Gujarati | Kannada
Only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered.
