We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Bike Rider to handle daily shipment pickups from clients across Bangalore City . The rider will be responsible for timely pickup, shipment scanning, safe handling of shipments, and proper coordination with the operations team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned client locations across Bangalore for daily shipment pickups.
- Collect shipments as per the pickup request and ensure the correct shipment count and details.
- Scan all shipments through the company’s rider application/system at the time of pickup.




- Ensure shipments are safely handled and transported to the designated hub/warehouse.
- Collect and maintain signed manifests or required pickup documents wherever applicable.
- Coordinate professionally with clients regarding pickup requirements and shipment readiness.
- Follow assigned routes and complete maximum pickups within the planned schedule.
- Immediately report failed, cancelled, or unavailable pickups to the supervisor with the correct reason.
- Maintain proper communication with the pickup supervisor and operations team
