### ? Job Summary

Ikamate HR India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a **dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive** to join our team in Rajkot. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting business growth.

### ? Key Responsibilities

* Generate new leads and identify potential customers.

* Handle customer inquiries and explain products/services effectively.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and new clients.

* Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

* Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.





* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

* Identify market opportunities and keep track of competitor activities.

### ? Candidate Requirements

* **Experience:** 6 Months to 5 Years in Sales / Business Development.

* Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

* Candidates with relevant local market knowledge will be preferred.
