Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to monitor and coordinate our ongoing interior, painting, modular furniture, and renovation projects. The person will regularly visit assigned sites, keep a check on labour, materials, workmanship, timelines, and provide daily updates to the management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit and monitor ongoing sites.
- Track labour attendance, work progress and productivity.
- Inspect materials, quality and workmanship.
- Track project deadlines and pending work.
- Coordinate with labour, contractors and vendors.
- Identify and report site issues or delays.
- Share daily site updates with photos/videos with management.
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable travelling to multiple sites.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
The role is primarily focused on site monitoring, coordination and reporting to ensure our projects stay on track.
