Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic to manage and grow our social media presence, particularly on Instagram. The ideal candidate should understand current social media trends, be able to create engaging content, and have a passion for digital marketing.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the company’s Instagram and other social media accounts.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, engagement, and followers.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, captions, and other social media content.
- Plan and manage a monthly/weekly content calendar.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds, formats, and social media trends.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement and respond appropriately.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators when required.
- Track social media performance using analytics and prepare regular reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement and generate leads through social media.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram features, algorithms,



and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing/Digital Marketing. Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
- Good understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms.
- Strong communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging visual content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content-creation tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
