Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Sales Executive to manage client communication, understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

-> Understand client requirements through WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and other communication platforms.

-> Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

-> Gather complete requirements and maintain proper documentation.

-> Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other required documents with clients.

-> Follow up with clients regarding quotations, pending approvals, and project updates.

-> Coordinate with the Sales, Business Development, and Technical teams to ensure accurate communication.

-> Maintain records of client conversations, quotations, and project status.

-> Assist in preparing project-related documents, agreements, invoices, and reports when required.





-> Ensure all customer information is updated in the CRM or internal system.

-> Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.

-> Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication.

-> Support management with administrative and back-office operations.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good understanding of customer handling and relationship management.

Ability to understand client requirements quickly.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Experience using WhatsApp Business, email, CRM software, or communication tools is preferred.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Prior experience in customer support, back office, sales coordination, or client communication is an advantage
