- Job Responsibilities:Plan and execute daily live bird sales according to company production schedules Develop and maintain robust relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Monitor daily market prices and recommend competitive pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with production and farm teams to ensure timely bird availability.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales volume and revenue targets.
- Ensure birds are marketed at the optimum body weight and age for maximum profitability.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for timely delivery of live birds.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding bird quality, weight, or delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, biosecurity protocols, and quality standards during marketing operations.
- Minimize mortality and weight loss during loading, transportation,



and delivery.
- Coordinate with finance teams for customer payments, collections, and credit management.
- Identify new markets and expand the customer base in assigned territories.
- Forecast customer demand and communicate requirements to production planning teams.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen business relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
- Support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to increase market share.
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions, dispatch records, invoices, and customer data.
