About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage social media platforms, create engaging content, increase brand visibility, and build strong audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and curate engaging content including images, videos, captions, stories, and reels.

* Execute social media strategies to increase online presence and engagement.

* Manage daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, tags, and mentions professionally.

* Research trending topics, hashtags, memes, audio, and platform features.

* Track social media performance including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.

* Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.

* Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns and promotional creatives.

* Identify and communicate with influencers for brand collaborations.

* Assist with paid campaigns on Meta platforms and Google Ads, where applicable.





* Monitor online brand sentiment and respond appropriately to feedback or criticism.

Required Skills

* Basic understanding of major social media platforms.

* Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content ideas.

* Basic content writing, caption writing, hashtag usage, and storytelling skills.

* Basic knowledge of Canva is an advantage.

* Good understanding of current social media trends.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.

* Good time management and organizational skills.

* Willingness to learn and adapt to changing social media algorithms.

* Ability to work collaboratively with designers, marketing teams, and clients.

Growth opportunities

The role provides hands-on experience in real-time campaigns, content strategy, and brand building, with potential growth toward roles such as Senior Social Media Strategist, Content Lead, or Digital Marketing Manager.

Salary

₹10,000 per month for freshers, with a performance-based increment after 3–6 months. Salary is credited monthly.
