About the RoleUM Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and responsible Service Engineer to join our technical service team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and technical support of medical equipment used in hospitals and healthcare facilities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, commissioning, and demonstration of medical equipment at hospitals.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related issues.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Attend breakdown/service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Handle equipment such as ICU, OT, NICU, Cardiology, and Laparoscopy equipment.
- Prepare service reports, installation reports, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with customers, hospital biomedical departments, and internal teams.
- Maintain proper records of spare parts, service calls, and equipment history.
- Support warranty and post-warranty service activities.
- Travel to customer locations across Delhi/NCR and other locations as required.




- Provide basic user training and operational guidance to hospital staff.
- Coordinate with manufacturers/suppliers for technical issues and spare parts when required.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of medical equipment servicing and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, sensors, circuits, and medical equipment.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to identify technical problems and provide practical solutions.
- Willingness to travel for service calls.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
