We are looking for Telecallers / Collection Executives to join our team for handling customer payment follow-ups and overdue account collections.
? Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue/pending payments.
- Inform customers about outstanding amounts and payment due dates.
- Understand the reason for delayed payment and communicate available payment options.
- Follow up with customers and obtain payment commitments as per company guidelines.
- Maintain proper records of calls, customer responses, commitments, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Escalate disputed or complex cases to the concerned senior/team leader.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection and calling targets.
- Update customer/account information accurately in the system.
- Maintain qualified communication and follow company policies and approved collection practices.
