About Sollak DesignsSollak Designs is a contemporary jewellery brand creating stylish, accessible jewellery for the modern woman.
We are a digital-first brand where creative plays a major role in how customers discover, understand and buy our products. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate products, ideas and marketing objectives into high-performing visual communication.
The RoleAs a Graphic Designer at Sollak Designs, you will work closely with the marketing and creative team to develop visual content across paid ads, social media, website and campaigns.
This isn't a role for someone who simply waits for a brief and makes a design.
We want someone who can look at a creative and ask:
Will this stop the scroll? Will the product stand out? Is the message clear? Will this make someone want to know more?
- Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising CreativesDesign high-converting creatives for Meta and other paid media platforms
- Create static ads, carousels, offer creatives, product-focused creatives and campaign assets
- Develop multiple creative variations to test different hooks, layouts, messaging and visual directions
- Adapt creatives according to campaign performance and marketing insights
- Understand the importance of hierarchy, CTA, product visibility and thumb-stop value
- Social MediaDesign Instagram posts, carousels, stories and other social media assets
- Create visually consistent content while keeping the brand fresh and relevant
- Work with the content team to turn ideas, references and concepts into strong visual communication
- Adapt designs for different formats and platforms
- Product & Brand CommunicationCreate product-focused visuals that highlight jewellery features, styling, benefits and use cases
- Work with product photography and edit images when required
- Develop campaign identities for launches, offers, festive moments and brand initiatives
- Maintain consistency across typography, layouts, imagery and overall brand language
- Creative DevelopmentResearch current design, fashion, jewellery and advertising trends
- Bring new visual ideas and references to the table
- Explore different creative styles instead of repeatedly using the same templates
- Understand competitor communication and identify opportunities to differentiate Sollak
- What We're Looking For1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with Figma and/or Canva is a plus
- Robust understanding of typography, composition, spacing, colour and visual hierarchy
- Good understanding of social media and digital advertising formats
- Ability to create premium-looking designs without making them unnecessarily complicated
- Strong image editing and retouching skills
- Good sense of fashion, jewellery,
lifestyle and e-commerce aesthetics
- Ability to work quickly and handle multiple creatives simultaneously
- Willingness to take feedback, iterate and improve
- Strong Advantage If You HaveExperience working with D2C, fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle brands
- Experience creating Meta ad creatives
- Understanding of performance marketing and creative testing
- Basic understanding of CRO and consumer psychology
- Motion graphics / basic video editing skills
- Experience using AI tools as part of the creative workflow

You should be comfortable creating 5 different creative directions instead of spending 5 hours polishing one average design.
