Responsible for accurately picking food and beverage items from the café/kitchen, checking orders, packing them properly, and handing them over to delivery partners or customers.

- Pick food and beverage items according to customer orders.
- Check the order carefully before packing.
- Pack food items safely and hygienically to avoid spills or damage.
- Ensure correct quantity, items, sauces, cutlery, and other add-ons are included.
- Label and organize packed orders properly.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for order readiness.
- Hand over completed orders to delivery executives.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.
- Follow café food-safety and packing standards.
- Handle multiple orders during peak hours efficiently.
- Report missing, incorrect, or damaged items to the supervisor.
