Working Days: Monday to Friday

About the Company

ASols Ltd. is a multinational manufacturing company with operations in India, China, Canada, and the USA. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with hands-on QuickBooks experience to manage daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and customer accounts.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and manage customer invoices.
- Track accounts receivable, outstanding payments, and follow-ups.
- Record supplier bills and maintain accounts payable.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
- Maintain customer and supplier records.
- Prepare basic financial reports, including P&L; and receivables/payables.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate their resolution.
- Communicate professionally with international customers and management.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and financial information.

Requirements





- 2–3 years of practical experience in bookkeeping.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks, preferably QuickBooks Online.
- Experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working the night shift from home.

Compensation & Benefits
