Job Title: Restaurant Steward / Kitchen & Service Staff

Location: Girgaon (Near Charni Road Station)

Shift: 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

* Kitchen Prep: Work directly alongside our Culinary Director to assist with ingredient prep, dishwashing, and keeping the kitchen spotless.

* Table Service: Deliver food and drinks to tables, clear plates, and maintain the dining room's setup.

* Closing: Help the team with standard end-of-shift cleaning and resetting for the next day.

Ideal for someone living in or near Girgaum, Charni Road, or South Mumbai to make the late-night commute easy.

* Reliability: Must be comfortable and consistent with the 5 PM to 3 AM schedule.

* Attitude: Willing to learn and jump between kitchen duties and serving guests. Past hospitality experience is a plus, but a hard-working attitude is most important.
