E-commerce Packing & Operations Assistant

Weaves of Tradition is an Indian craft and textile brand working with handloom and handcrafted products from artisan clusters across India. We sell through our own website as well as leading online marketplaces.

About the Role

We are looking for a E-commerce Packing & Operations Assistant to handle the day-to-day operational activities of our business.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, responsible, detail-oriented and comfortable handling both merchandising support and order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and pack daily customer and marketplace orders.

- Check products for quality before dispatch.

- Ensure correct products, quantities, invoices and labels are packed for each order.

- Coordinate daily order dispatches and courier pickups.

- Assist with inventory management and stock counts.

- Receive, check, tag, organise and store incoming inventory

- Maintain proper SKU-wise organisation of products.

- Update inventory and order information as required.

- Assist with product measurements,



tagging and basic catalogue preparation.

- Maintain packaging material inventory and flag replenishment requirements.

- Handle returns and organise returned inventory.

- Support the team with other routine merchandising and operational activities.

Who We’re Looking For

- Graduate or diploma holder preferred

- Freshers may apply

- Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, merchandising, warehouse operations or order fulfilment is an advantage.

- Previous experience working on Unicommerce, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon and Shopify platforms is a plus.

- Basic computer knowledge required along with good trying skills

- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Organised and able to manage repetitive operational tasks efficiently

- Reliable, punctual and willing to take ownership of daily responsibilities

- Interest in fashion, textiles or e-commerce is a plus

This is an on-site position and requires regular attendance from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Salary: ₹20,000 per month
