- Job Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and food items as per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, kitchen, and dining area.
- Refill stock, organize supplies, and ensure product availability.
- Clear tables and dispose of waste promptly.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns politely.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth café operations.
- Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass (preferred).
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant,



or food service is preferred but freshers can also apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Preferred Skills:Cash handling and billing knowledge.
- Basic English communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
