Job Title: Store Manager at Polar Bear – Food Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in the food industry to oversee daily store operations, ensure quality standards, manage staff, control inventory, and deliver excellent customer service while achieving business targets.

- Key Responsibilities:Manage overall store operations including sales, inventory, staff, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Supervise, train, and schedule store staff.
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, storage, and wastage control.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Implement promotional activities and achieve sales targets.




- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth store functioning.
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role.
- Experience in food industry sectors (restaurant, QSR, bakery, café, FMCG food, retail food) is preferred.
- 12th pass.and UG/Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Retail Management, or relevant field (preferred).
- Skills Required:Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
- Inventory and cost control expertise.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
