Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Showroom In-Charge to manage day-to-day showroom operations, lead the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall day-to-day showroom operations.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Handle customers professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor stock, inventory, product displays, and showroom cleanliness.
- Coordinate product receiving, billing, and stock movement.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.




- Coordinate with management and other departments as required.
- Maintain showroom discipline and ensure company policies are followed.
- Requirements Minimum 1 years of experience in showroom, retail, or sales management.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Leadership and team-management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/inventory systems.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Candidates with experience in [Home appliances / Furniture / Electronics / Textiles] will be preferred.
